The Beginning:
With over a decade long experience in Food Service operations and servicing patrons in the restaurant operations, we experienced first hand how people in the Toronto area were unable to find good quality and authentic testing Indian sweets. This led to a shift in focus of our enterprise and we began a dedicated effort towards providing the beautiful citizens of Ontario with Authentic tasting sweets by bringing Halwais (specialty sweet makers) from India that were experienced in creating Bikaneri Sweets. And thus Bikaner Sweets Factory launched its operations in 2007.
Our Brand:
Bikaner in Rajasthan in India is famous of its food and rich cultural heritage. A small yet historically influential city, the region is famous for its sweets and namkeen (snacks). And true to historic tradition of the brand, we strive to bring people the same authentic true-to-the-roots flavours in our mithais and food products.
Our Offering:
We are 100% Canadian owned business and we make everything from scratch in our factory in Brampton, Ontario. Our products are also available at local grocery stores and popular food-chains. We take pride in innovation in preparation by incorporating advanced technology, machines and bringing healthier options alongside our famous creations.
